Terms and Conditions of Use

GeoVue Cloud Tools

Terms of Use:

All the data sets, interpretations, recommendations, logs, and risk assessments presented in this document are calculated estimates of the values and parameters they represent. These estimates are derived from the signal attributes of multiple sets of sensor-collected data. As these sensors are subject to variance, drift, noise, error, and uncertainty, the data collected from these sensors, and the data sets derived from them, are also subject to the same limitations.

Therefore, the data sets discussed in this document cannot, and should not, be viewed or interpreted as being absolute in nature. Any actions or decisions made by the user with reference to the data provided in this document should consider the inherent uncertainties and risks involved in its use.

The GeoVue cloud processing tools differ from processing done on the GeoVue consulting and or hardware platforms, in that data is processed on a point-by-point basis, with no consideration for other data collected on the same project. This means that yield estimates are calculated without consideration of any additional data outside of the point being processed. This may result in higher yield estimates at individual points, resulting in variations in the recommendations produced when compared against the consulting or hardware-based processing methods.

The data processed and discussed in the GeoVue reports are provided as is, with no consultation provided. The client or user accepts that GeoVue will not provide any consultation on the report data provided unless otherwise arranged in writing.

The user understands and accepts that GeoVue Ltd will not accept responsibility or liability in any form for the hardware used to run the GeoVue Cloud Tools on.

Any filtering applied to the collected data must be evaluated and accepted by the user. Filtering by definition must change the content of the original data, and as such, the results produced will change. It is the user's responsibility to assess whether the applied filtering is acceptable and appropriate.

The user understands and accepts that once a point's data has been processed and processing meter credits have been deducted from the user's account, there will be no refund of processing meter credits deducted under any circumstance.
